This is a very belated note to thank you again for helping my late father, Conrad Nissen, of silver Oats Lodge. He was very trail for the last few months and his eyes had deteriorated suddenly. He seemed to have a massive stroke, as his life had become more and more of a struggle in the last months. You were always so kind to my father and I will always remember your help and kindness. My father always enjoyed meeting you. I appreciated your trouble over taking his hearing-aid back to him and explaining things so carefully. It is so good to know that in these "rushed days" there are still professional people who care and show such kindness, It has been quite a different time.
